  Sophia was so kind and welcoming from day one. Without having in an appointment she still welcomed me and my mom with a beautiful smile and kind words. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Sophia really made a us feel comfortable and helped me pick out my first bracelet. I look forward to working with Sophia in the future.

  My most recent visit at Van Cleef & Arpels in Atlanta (Neiman’s) was exceptional thanks to my sales associate, Sophia. She went above and beyond with her amazing customer service skills. She deserves a five star recognition and more. She was very attentive and respectful of me and my family. She was very knowledgeable about the collections and showed me a few other pieces which will be future purchases. It was an honor to meet her and just have simple conversations about family life with her while making my purchase. Sophia’s professionalism made our shopping experience extraordinary. I’m looking forward to more purchases in the future with Sophia.

  On my initial visit, Sabrina was very helpful with getting me the pendant I wanted. During the visit, I had concerns about the chain being very thin and she assured that if something were to happen to the chain, the store would have it fixed or replaced. When I came back two weeks later to pick up the pendant, I was helped by another young lady who explained some other the complementary services included in my purchase but she did not mention chain repair so I inquired and she stated she didn’t know and that Sabrina was with another client. I asked if there’s another sales person to ask and she stated the other sales representative was new as well and wouldn’t know but she would have Sabrina call me. I did not receive a call so I called the next day and was told to call back today. I called back today at 11 am and was told that Sabrina ending a presentation and would call me back in 15 minutes. At 1 pm I received a text message from her following up on my call. I texted back with my questions and here it is 5 pm and I have heard nothing back. For the amount of money spent, the customer service should be exceptional and not giving the run around or having unknowledgeable staff. Highly unpleased with this experience.
