I spent over $10,000 one of the bracelets that I purchased falls off on his own And a necklace that I purchased I sent it for a repair. It was originally 16 inches long and when I got it back from the repair, it came back to a 21 inch chain. Spoke to Thomas, which is a general manager With little to no help. They also had the audacity of blaming wear and tear and a 5 inch stretch on the chain. There’s no physical way that could actually happen.Stay away from Tiffany and go to another jewelry store.
