- HHHermanSep 11, 20251.0After purchasing a protection plan I was told I can't use it. Upon trying to use my insurance I was told I can't use it on an item they would have to order.It's not the customer's fault the store is out of stock. She couldn't order it and couldn't tell me when a new shipment would be in. When I was sold the protection plan the representative told me if it's a damage tht qualifies then I would be entitled to a replacement.It appears that Sunglass Hut and Asurion have joined hands to commit insurance fraud.
