This guy is very rude and has absolutely no customer service skill. He stands around on his cellphone w/ earpiece like the customers don't exist. He does not follow Sunglass Hut policy nor does he represent the core values of this company. I had to wait over 40-minutes for Macy's management to step in and do the right thing due to his amateurish behavior. I would highly advise the corporate management to give direct attention to employee as he continues to represent the Sunglass Hut brand. I will also file a formal complaint with the corporate office so this matter is heard and allow upper management to rectify.
