- MRMariana RestrepoJul 21, 20251.0So I went yesterday to the Lenox mall store (1st floor) and the pair of glasses I liked weren't available at the store but the lady told me you guys could ship it to my house for free for what I agreed to. Whenever she was putting my information on the computer, she told me that they were doing 1 day delivery for no charge and that was a good thing, so I was really excited! But today I checked my email to track the package that "had 1 day free delivery" and was supposed to get here today and now not only says that it is arriving tomorrow but it was shipped to the store at lenox mall. This is really disappointing. It just feels like she just wanted to proceed with the sale and get her commission or numbers up but she did that with nothing but lies! I live 1 hour and 30 minutes from that mall and the only reason I decided to proceed with the purchase was because they were shipping it to my house within the next day. I want to cancel my order and I am really disappointed and frustrated, I hate when they only care about the money and don't mind lying to customers in order to get what they want. She called the other Sunglas Hut location that had closed early for me to see if she could find someone to help me pick up my glasses and then helped me find a very close replacement pair in stock at this Macy’s location. Definitely recommend this location.
