I went back to Perimeter Mall location in Dunwoody and was met with the “manager” Moet? To say she was unpleasant, is an understatement. I purchased 5 pairs of sunglasses 10/18/25 and 3 others prior to this. I wanted to exchange the glasses. It was like running into a brick wall. She was totally unwilling to help and even less understanding. She wouldn’t even provide the corporate number. I was told to go to the website. She is an extremely POOR representation of your company. The glasses were expensive and the sales representative definitely does not fit in with a luxury pair of glasses. Sunglasses Hut - DO BETTER!!!

- BBbbtSep 27, 20251.0Came to the mall for one thing, was walking by and decided to stop in. Let's start with the fact that the display glasses were dirty and smudged. I was assisted by a nice young lady but cannot say the same for the gentleman behind the counter. He was very rude and impolite. Honestly tried on a cute pair but could not bring myself to make a purchase after receiving such bad customer service from the guy.

The lady working the register was on the phone and was more interested in her conversation than in taking care of us. She told me that she didn't have one for me, but after I told her someone had called, she got an attitude and started looking for it. When she gave me my box, I told her I wanted to return a pair that my husband had ordered by mistake, and she got upset because I wouldn't allow her to continue her phone conversation. She told me that online orders could only be returned online because her system didn't allow it. I told her I was a regular client and I always return in-store; she rolled her eyes. My husband noticed and told her, "I know it's almost closing time and you want to continue your phone call, but we are clients." We decided to leave because we noticed she didn't want to help us out; she was probably ready to leave and go home. I've been buying from Sunglass Hut for a long time, but I think I'll be getting my glasses from somewhere else now.
