  SunglassHut you still have Dina working at Lenox Mall SunglassHut after multiple reviews about her (Dina) and now she is bringing sunglasshut Sales down. Dina is the worst person and should be cateful she is going through stuff and thinks she can talk to Buying Custers in a rude way On 12/12/25 i came in at 11am and i walked in while Dina was talking to a female Secutity Guard, The sefuirty guard greeted me while Dina looked at me and said “can i help you” i told her i have a return and of course i gave my reciept.She seem very passive aggressive, dont know this weird lady at all from anywhere.Based on the reviews she does things to intimidate/provoke customers bc we are returning an item.Its multiple Reviews about her acting STRANGE and ABNORMAL with returns.I should've read the Review prior to going to Lenox but who would have? i am just doing a return! Ok, So while she opened my bag to pull out the Shades she immediatly wipes them for anything but i noticed Dina kept on wiping it for a good 2 minutes.Thats weird it doesnt take that much Wiping.So i said in a polite way, their is no damages or scratches its been sitting in the box.She gets upset & says “ Ill keep wiping it” rude nasty response.Its like she Intentionally doesn't want to return and wants to make a scratch on the Lens on purpose. We have a back and forth and she calls police in 1 minite and the police make it worse and doesnt tell Dina as well to stop talking Only me? The paying customer She issued me a Home Check from corporate saying that is the only way Sunglass can refund you after i paid $400 in cash. DINA your beneath everyone and u are evil.One day you will get that customer you Deserve keep trying customers.She kept trying to have me Listen to her weird comments when i dod nothing wrong to this lady. She even at one point was screaming and i showed her i can scream too then she said she never screamed and said its on Camera.Yes please show the footage.I stayed calm voiced to see how ridiculous this lady is. I will be making a complaint downstairs in Lenox Mall about this regular nothing employee called Dina.She must go.Shame on you SunglassHut.Your Loosing sooo much customers and SALES at the busiest mall in GA Dina is such a fool she couldn't even upcharge me or ask “ Is their any other options of sunglasses youd like” to avoid a Return.That is Sales SunglassHut! Do better

  Went on my birthday Saturday tried on a few glasses. No one approached me nor did I need any help as I am just trying on glasses.walked out while waiting on my wife in another store I guess the owner comes out and finds me says her cameras caught me stealing and ask to check my pockets I tell her no I didn’t steal anything she threatens that the cops are on the way. So anyone who is coming to the store just know you can steal from here cause I didn’t take anything and was accused.

  Had a terrible experience at this store. Came in to return a pair of sunglasses and the staff were very unprofessional. Went back to look at google reviews and looks like others have had similar experiences here. Would not recommend this particular store.

  I have had the absolute worst experience with Sunglass hut as a whole and this location specifically. I came into the store on 3 separate occasions and no one was able to accept my return. I came in today, since my 30 day return period ends Monday. The manager said she could not accept a return since she was doing inventory. This is the only day I could come back and the option she gave me was adding one additional day. She also told me I was wrong, that the glasses I purchased were not crooked since she remembers selling them to me. I have tried calling, chatting, and now going in person and no one has been of any help. I am so incredibly frustrated with my experience here and will never be shopping at sunglass hut again. Would NOT recommend buying from here. UPDATE as of 10/27 Went back to the store and had an even worse experience. I have never been talked to the way this manager spoke to me. Medina, if you are reading this, just know you are the most unprofessional, rudest manager I have ever experienced. I cannot believe a company would hire you and continue to let someone work here who behaves this way. As for being contacted by Sunglass Hut, I would appreciate if someone would reach out to me and not request that the care form is filled out again. I have filled out the customer care form multiple times and it apparently has been marked solved without anyone contacting me.
