Luckily, I received great service at the Dunwoody location and was actually assisted to find a replacement. They even provided a demo for Meta. I love my new Gucci shades and will visit Dunwoody again for Metas.

I ordered replacement parts months ago and was told by customer service to follow up directly with the store, yet the staff here are unable to provide answers or assistance. The lack of accountability and support is extremely frustrating. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
