  I love the look, feel, and layout of this store. They carry a good selection of in season items I usually look for. Unfortunately, that’s where my positive experience ends. The customer service is consistently poor. Staff are unfriendly, unhelpful, and often dismissive. They give the impression that assisting customers is a favor rather than part of their job. It’s surprising to see employees at a high end luxury brand behave as if they own the store. The persistence of these service issues, despite repeated mentions in other reviews, points to a larger management problem. I will not be returning to this location and will handle any future purchases online.

  Absolutely worst experience here. I bought a pair of beautiful green sneakers. The sales person told me I could just have them shipped to my house. Never told me it would be a signature required. When the package arrived, I was not home both times so they sent it back to the store. I’ve called the corporate number three times as they will not give you the number for the store It’s been a month and I have no call back from the store manager. No action from corporate. No sneakers. And they still have my money. Going to call again before I take action with my card company. I just really wanted my sneakers but it seems like I will never have them. And of course they are limited and sold out
