Having heard glowing reviews of their lingerie specialists, I decided to see if they could help me find a bra that fit me which is usually difficult. The kind front desk associates directed me to the hosiery section upstairs. I was forlornly searching in the bra section when the radiant Nariah came to my aid and asked if I had ever been sized properly while directing me to a spacious dressing room equipped with a table and a comfortable chair. When Leslie entered the room, she measured my band size and she was able to find my cup size immediately. She’s an expert! Nariah brought several styles for me to try. As if the customer service could not get better, the charismatic Melissa came in to help me with adjustments and showed me the “scoop and swoop” method to get situated in the bras better. Overall, these lovely women truly helped me enjoy an experience that is usually disheartening. If you are in the market for new bras, I urge you to visit this location. I’m sure all the lingerie specialists are awesome, so you can’t go wrong with whoever helps you. Though, I am happily leaving a glowing review for Nariah, Leslie, and Melissa for the wonderful customer service I received! Nordstrom should be proud to have such awesome and dynamic women on their team.
