After a week, I called once the store opened to check on the status and was advised to come back after 5pm to pick up. I arrived and tried on the jacket and could tell nothing had been done. Given time constraints, I need to have the alterations done elsewhere.

They appear to have in-house thieves who steal bonus bucks, for their own personal use, from customer accounts. The criminals know that this activity is less likely to be noticed. Keep an eye on your statements and bonus bucks totals, because nobody else is watching your back. *** IT HAPPENED AGAIN!!! Just ONE DAY after we made a large purchase, all of our Bonus Bucks were stolen. ONE DAY! Nordstrom knows which store, which cashier, knows which cameras to review, AND the filthy THIEF paid for a very small balance with a CREDIT CARD. This is an INSIDE JOB. How many employees are in this theft ring? Customers, YOU are paying to support these criminals and the stolen inventory. Management and the Fraud Department should call for help, or just resign. I’m embarrassed for them!
