  Reagan was excellent ! She Helped me find a shirt that I’ve been looking for thought out the mall. You can’t find sales associates like her anymore !!! Thank youu Reagan 🤍

  She felt like I was seeing an employee working in Korea. She was kind from start to finish. She greeted me first and pretended to know me. She also greeted me after purchasing, so I bought the clothes happily. My shopping here was really satisfying due to her kind service. She actually really looks kind in person. I really hope this kind of employee will continue to work and become a manager. Her name was Alyssia who worked at Women's clothing section, 2nd floor.

  I DO NOT recommend this location for cosmetics/ beauty products.and I have Never left a bad review for anywhere before… but I have had 2 bad experiences at this location in a short time frame !.the employees are clueless about the products especially if it’s not “their specific brand / section “they are working in and half of the time there Is no employee in that specific brand / section to get help in ( makes no sense how you get someone to help you ).I personally think they should be trained better in product knowledge and the beauty industry as a whole and should also be trained in customer interaction on how to be polite, respectful and friendly which they definitely lack all of these at this particular location . The employees are too busy playing with their phones in their hands or talking amongst each other and definitely don’t seem interested in approaching or helping customers. Maybe it’s the management or hiring department that is not training the employees correctly and the employees don’t know what they should be doing.. not quite sure what the issue is …..but this location has gone down hill it use to be one of my favorite places to shop , will NOT BE SPENDING MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION ANY MORE .. but I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND going to Macy’s or Dillards and Sephora in the perimeter mall their cosmetic departments are beyond excellent, extremely knowledgeable helpful and professional and I have always had great experiences at these other places

  Horrible experience at the cosmetic counter.. today …employees are RUDE!.. Not friendly at all and this store needs BETTER TRAINING FOR THE EMPLOYEES AT THE COSMETIC DEPARTMENTS .. …needs better training to teach the staff how to be friendly, polite , helpful and Professional and if they don’t like to interact with the customers they should not be working there !

  Linda at the jewlery department was amazing. She adjusted my watch to fit my wrist and was so kind. Will definitely come back.
