  Went to exchange a pair of shorts I ordered online for a bigger size and tried to purchase another pair since I was already there. The female cashier there was so rude and dismissive. I informed her that I have an account and would like to scan for my discount and she told me that the account was already pulled up from the exchange receipt. After checking out, I realize I paid even more than I originally had for the first pair, with no discount on top of it all. Went back inside and asked her why is it more than the original price and why is the discount not applied and she told me that “the discount only applies if I’m buying the items for myself, not men items” and that “it will flag my account”; that makes no sense, I have never had this issue before at any other location and why did she assume that the items were not for myself just because THEY label it under “men”.. didn’t want to make a scene so I left and now have to go to a different location to return the items and stick to purchasing online to prevent this issue. I didn’t pay $80 for a pair a short and extra inconvenience. Everyone else was really nice but the cashier was not. Unfortunately she was the only one at the register.

  The female staff member was extremely rude. She didn’t greet me at all, kept a cold expression throughout, and made me feel very unwelcome.Honestly, this deserves zero stars.

  I am not someone who usually completes surveys or writes reviews, but what happened today truly broke my heart. I visited the store to have return and a purchase for my daughter’s birthday, and the experience was extremely upsetting. Celisa was, without question, the rudest employee I have ever encountered in any field. In all my life, I have never been treated with such disrespect. She spoke to me and my daughter in a hostile and unprofessional manner, which was completely unacceptable especially during what was meant to be a special moment for my child. I would strongly encourage the store manager to review the security camera footage to hear the tone and manner in which she spoke to us. No customer should ever be treated this way. This experience left us deeply disappointed, and as a result, we will never return to this location.
