  I’ve made 2 separate visits and encountered 2 different associates. And both experiences were phenomenal!! I would definitely recommend this location over the Lenox Mall location. The sales associates are much more knowledgeable and concerned about the customer service they deliver. Lenox Mall associates were very rude and disconnected from achieving what was desired from me as the customer. I felt appreciated and not discriminated against or prejudged. On day one, Mary Ann was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. On day 2, after I left the Lenox Mall location, I encountered Tiffany. Another extraordinary customer service experience. These 2 lady’s, on 2 separate days, gave me amazing customer service. So much that I bought 2 colognes and a pair of glasses. I’d recommend this location over any other one.

  Updated review: Unfortunately, the original bag I purchased did not work out due to quality issues. However, this was in no way the store or the employees fault. Rachel and Regina were both so helpful in making my exchange process seamless and easy. Again, can’t recommend this store enough. Ask for Rachel or Regina and you will not be disappointed. Such kind people working in this store. Visited this store today to purchase a Palm Springs mini and key pouch. The service and friendliness were superb from the minute we walked in. Rachel was my client advisor and she was so kind and helpful. Every employee I spoke to was extremely kind. The whole transaction was seamless. Would definitely visit this location again.
