- AGAliyah GayleJan 3, 20261.0This store does not represent the brand “Louis Vuitton”. They only care if you’re purchasing a bag but don’t stand behind the bag once it’s a few years old. After spending over $10k dollars , the gentlemen told me he wouldn’t do anything for a 3 year old bag that’s hardly used as the leather has began to become ashy and charged me for leather conditioning which didn’t fix the problem. Worst customer service as this makes me never want to purchase or spend my money here as it’s not valued. I will be further reporting to better business bureau.
