  Such a delightful experience today! Marcus was our SA & was phenomenal from beginning to end. He was very personable, knowledgeable and attentive to all our needs. I am an LV girlie through and through!!

  The customer service team is incompetent, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I’m not a “the customer is always right” type, but the lack of care and candor this location shows to customers is shocking for a luxury brand. I went to this location for a repair to the zipper of my carry all pouch. The first time I’d come in, I was notified that they could not repair the pouch and I’d have to buy a replacement. I was quoted $145 for the replacement. After not hearing from anyone for about 2 months, I returned to check on the status of the replacement. I was notified it was never in the system. Customer service was extremely apologetic and I was told the pouch was reordered and would take about 4 weeks to deliver to the store. I returned to the location 5 weeks later upon hearing nothing. I was assisted by a Manager named Shaniqua. She was extremely polite and pleasant. She was also apologetic and notified me that the pouch was again never ordered, but given that I’d been in 3 times now, she would waive the $145 fee. She gave me a receipt and business card and I left. 3 months later I got a message saying my pouch was ready. I went to the location to pick it up and it was not the pouch but the strap for the pouch. I was told I’d be contacted when the pouch was there. 3 months pass and I decided to go back to the location and was told Shaniqua was in the back and would get the pouch. Then another manager told me she couldn’t waive the fee because Shaniqua doesn’t work there anymore and I was already under quoted because the pouch was over $300. Over a year later, I finally received my replacement. Smh. It wasn’t about the money, it’s the inconvenience and inconsiderate manner in which this place operates.

  Beware, if you show up in lounge or athletic clothes, they won’t look your way or even acknowledge you in the store. Whole time you make more than everybody that works there. It’s so sad they are so image driven at this location. I will never shop at this location. LV do better. I’ll order online instead.

  I love the brand but the experience I had recently was top notch. This guy went above and beyond. Made sure that my family was taken care of. I was even more impressed that he was able to show something to all of the age groups. I honestly am thankful and highly recommend him. His name is Aaron Roebuck. If you want a great experience this who you need to see. Again, Thank you!

  Worst experience ever! I brought my bag to fix because the material starts peeling after 6 weeks waiting i have no contact from LV store , i came and ask about my bag they said i have to paid 1k5 because not from quality , what!!!??? How they said guarantee forever? I made decision return another bag that the gift from my husband, i try to firgue out another bigger size but they try give me tons of reasons to return. Never come back to LV .
