I got there early so I was able to find parking with no problem. The mall had lots of security, that was also a great thing

On March 5, 2026, I visited the Apple Store at Lenox Square to purchase an iPhone 17 Pro Max. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience.
When I entered the store, none of the employees greeted me or offered assistance, while I clearly saw that other customers were being welcomed and helped. I was wearing a hijab, and it felt like I was being treated differently from the other customers.
I approached several employees and asked about buying the iPhone 17 Pro Max, but they only told me that it was not available that day. Later, I spoke with a young woman who introduced herself as a team leader. I asked if she could tell me when the phone would be available or how I could place an order. She said she did not know and could not provide any guidance.
I also asked whether she could recommend another Apple Store where I could buy the phone, but she refused to help.
I left the store feeling very disappointed because the staff’s behavior felt unfair and unprofessional. Later, I went to another store and was able to purchase the phone without any prob
This is the iPhone 17 Pro Max that I purchased on March 5, 2026. On the same date, the employees at the Apple Store in Lenox Square / Perimeter Mall told me that the phone I wanted was not available and that I could not receive it.
It is true that I wear a hijab, but in the end I am also a human being. I believe every customer should be respected and valued as a human being, not judged based on clothi

This mall is a solid spot for all kinds of shopping! You’ve got all the familiar stores you’d expect from a typical mall, which makes it easy to grab what you need, but there’s also a great selection of higher-end shops if you’re in the mood to splurge a little. I love that there’s something for everyone here. Parking is super convenient too—the garage is covered and right outside the mall, which makes it really easy to get in and out without worrying about the weather. The mall feels spacious and well laid out, so it’s easy to wander around, check out different stores, and maybe even stop for a quick bite or coffee along the way. Whether you’re running errands or just out for a leisurely shopping day, it’s a reliable spot that hits all the marks.
