I bought two botox needles here for a total of $94. Instead, they gave me 3 buckshot ammo cases, and a heavy shotgun. All in a simple cheap box. My little sister who I bought this for was crying for 25 hours straight. NEXT TIME, GIVE ME MY BOTOX!

I love visiting this mall. Great selection of stores and restaurants nearby. Could use some renovations and changes to the parking process, especially to help divert traffic. Over it’s a great mall to visit

One of the best food courts in Atlanta. I'm at Cheesecake Factory often, but the parking near the front is hard sometimes. The only downside is that Tesla chargers take up some of the space. I think EV users should have their own charging facilities to help us non-EV users out in public places. The security is great and I feel safe each time I'm here.

However is working here today should just improve her customer care, why lie that you have a common group and sent someone to a place that I had visited prior to coming here saying the earrings have just arrived 10 mins ago. And she doesn’t even care, this is the worst person I have made this yr

Spent a few days in Atlanta December 2025. Last time I was here was in 2016 and lived in Atlanta in the 1990s. Lenox unfortunately has collapsed and is a shell of its former self. Parking is a nightmare, bathrooms are filthy and overall the mall appears to lack funds for maintenance. Demographics are a major concern as our family felt very unsafe….like walking in a dark ghetto back alley at 3am. Stores we used to visit like Pottery Barn are gone. What a shame. Glad that Pottery Barn Kids and Teens is still here as that store is the best one in the country. Other than that we felt the rest of the mall was uninspiring even during the holidays. In fact we felt the last time we were here in 2016 the holiday decor was memorable!
