  We've been to this store on numerous occasions, often stressed and rushed, and Amy has been a bright light each time. She has helped up find items, locate appropriate sizes, help up maximize our budget and met us in our chaos with grace and good humor. This is what a good shopping experience should look like!

  Went in the store today to pick a shirt that I need. The manager was at the register. I ask her can she check me out & she responded No. I ask her again & she said no that I have someone coming for you. She responded again stating that she's going to see the complaint of a customer. Ma'am im a customer too & wish to make a purchase. Ok. So a associate check me out & I turn around & the manager checking a Caucasian lady out. Like you can't check me out. Ill rather not shop there when she's there but I needed a shirt. I been shopping at this store for years & since this lady been here she's very rude & smart at the mouth. No matter what I need...I will shop at another store before I deal with her.

  I had a great experience at Lane Bryant Akers Mill. It all started with me ordering a dress online to the store. Which allowed me to get free shipping. I went to pick it up and while waiting on the associate to retrieve my dress. I spoke with another Lane Bryant associate about bras. How I didn't like the foam filled bras. That I liked the unlined bras and how hard it was to find them. She then informed me about the Lane Bryant Smart Bra. We went over to the bra area and she showed me the bras. We grabbed 3 in my size. I tried them on and loved them! I bought all 3 and a cute Snoopy t-shirt. If it were for the great staff working there I would not have known about the bras and bought them. It was nice to be able to order online and shop in person. But, the real plus is to have nice friendly knowledgeable staff to help you. The staff there was simply the best.

  Lane Bryant needs to be an online shopping only. In the most recent years after COVID the quality of service is horrible when having a in store experience . I went into the store last week for a pick up only. I saw a sale on jeans and decided to try on one pair along with my purpose. I was greeted properly and I explained I wanted my pick up. The employee wanted until I went to the counter and waited in line until she decided to assist me. She asked for my name and id then went to retrieve my package. I immediately felt uncomfortable and reached for my purchase and I felt a resistance as the employee proceeds to open my purchase. I immediately felt Violated and asked her to not to open my package. She’s then said I was just trying to help Rudely. Once something is mine and I paid for it it should be given to me. Someone should take it in a size to open it for me without my consent. Once I walked out of the dressing room that employee did not assist me anymore but another employee helped never acknowledging what transpired, or offering an apology, poor poor tacky customer service .
