  I am writing to share an “above and beyond” compliment for Clifton at J.Crew. Clifton demonstrated exceptional patience, professionalism, and care during my experience. He took the time to listen carefully, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure everything was handled correctly without ever making the interaction with me nor others (seniors) I observed feel rushed. His calm and respectful approach made a potentially stressful situation feel easy and positive. It’s clear that Clifton truly values customer service and takes pride in representing the J.Crew brand. His patience and dedication stood out, and I wanted to make sure his efforts were recognized. Thank you for having such a thoughtful and committed team member. Experiences like this are what keep customers coming back. Keep up the great work Clifton.

  I’m so glad this store is in the neighborhood. I have shopped here several times since it opened, but my experience today prompted me to leave a review. I was at the store today with my brother, who is disabled. I started out pulling a size that was way too big for my brother. Clifton helped me find the right size, and appropriate styles. My brother tried on a lot of clothes in many styles. And sizes. Clifton was kind and friendly about pulling things from the back and finding the right choices. The other two employees who were working in the sales floor were also helpful and friendly. I left the store with a bag full of new clothing for my very happy brother!

  Misleading and pushy on applying for a credit card to get a discount. I called in the manager, was very apologetic and said they were talked to the cashier that gave me the credit card, but I’m very frustrated that a card came in the mail That I now have to cancel. I understand they have incentives to push credit cards, but they need to be more clear about what’s going on.

  I’ve purchased on three occasions at this store but most recent experience was not good. I ordered a belt online 12/31/24 to pick up at toco hills store. Due to holidays and weather, shipping was delayed. I never received my belt. I got an email on 1/8/25 stating belt was ready for store pickup; however, when I arrived at store, two associates could not find my order and stated it was not received in their “system”. One associate suggested I call “corporate” and cancel then reorder it. That seemed unnecessary. I requested the associate verify the status since my email stated item was ready and the issue seemed to be with the store not corporate. I was told 15 minutes later my belt was in fact delivered but the toco hills store would notify me when it was ready. Odd but ok. I was not contacted so 3 days later i called corporate to verify my belt was actually delivered and corporate verified it was. I then called J crew factory toco hills to ensure belt was ready on 1/11/25 and a man answered and said “oh yeah we have your belt.” I told him i had not been contacted but i would head over. I drove to store about 90 minutes later only to be locked out because staff decided to close 3 hours early and it was 604pm. I asked if they could just get my bag as shoppers were still in store but they refused. There was a hand written sign taped on door I assume earlier that day as noone notified me they were closing early nor did their website state that and the weather was no longer an issue. I called corporate at 610 to cancel my order and corporate put me on hold then informed me they had spoken to an associate in the store who gladly cancelled my order yet would not just hand the merchandise over to me. Poor customer service so purchasing items elsewhere. Disappointed.
