  Super well guarded luxurious luxury clothing purses jewelry place safe 2 inside Phipps plaza in Atlanta seriously when ur in this place here ur extra safe lots of people watching everything u do & go so no O safe issues at all kind of wish every place in the world was like this

  My daughter purchased me a pair of earrings for my birthday two years ago. I took the earrings in to have them repaired because the stem that goes into my ear broke off. I was informed the corporate office would make the final decision on the repair. My daughter received notification that the warranty has since expired. What???? I have other FENDI items I have personally purchased over the years. I WILL NOT be returning to this brand especially after being told they will not repair the damaged earrings -whether it was a manufactured issue or my fault at hand. So now I have a pair of earrings that will only be sitting in a box which was a gift. Such a rip off. Never had this issue with Chanel, YSL nor LV.

  Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior at Fendi Store – Atlanta GA, Phipps Plaza I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your Fendi location in Atlanta. During my visit, I experienced unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from some of the store assistants. Specifically, I noticed staff members rolling their eyes and laughing behind my back, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. This was not just poor customer service — it was humiliating, and I left the store feeling that I had been treated unfairly and differently based on my race. As a customer and individual, I expect to be treated with basic respect and dignity. I am requesting a formal investigation into this matter and an appropriate response from Fendi regarding how this will be addressed. No one should have to feel alienated or devalued while shopping — especially not in a luxury retail environment that claims to value all of its clients.   I had an amazing experience at Fendi Phipps! The assistant manager, Diamond, was so sweet and attentive. She made my visit so enjoyable with her excellent customer service and kind personality. Highly recommend!

  Horrible customer service. Ive purchased several items from this company in person and online. This will be my last experience with them. They do not value customers! Don’t waste your time or money!
