- DMD MFeb 18, 20261.0Would not let me return my unworn shoes. Was arguing with a customer before I came up to the counter as well. Told me that they like to place returns back in the inventory and that it wouldn’t be possible with my return. However, I made it clear that I purchased the shoes online and only tried them on once. I was able to call DSW directly for them to ship me a box to take care of my return free of charge.

No one else was in the checkout line. I stood there for a second assuming one of them would acknowledge me. One lady finally said ‘we’ll help you in a minute. You can back up.’ So I set the shoes on the counter and left. All they had to do was make an attempt to be pleasant.
