They did not contact me to let me know of the delay. I called, and they did not apologize or try to troubleshoot the issue. You would think a luxury brand would value its customers.

We walked in and greeted politely. There seems to be alot of SA just chatting while standing in rows. As we were about to leave I was tempted to ask the price of one of their lady D's and Anisha offered to help. She is the epitome of customer service. She knows hoe to establish rapport with the clients. She knew that we.were just browsing and not planning to buy yet she made us feel so comfortable and informed of anything about Dior! We shared our experiences with Dior in and outside the country. I would love her to be my personal shopper, she's super honest and realistic.
