- TNT. NevJun 20, 20252.0Two stars because my boyfriend purchased my first David yurman bracelet from this location for our anniversary, and I love it. However, I came here on my birthday..June 12th around 6:30pm, to purchase another bracelet to my stack, and was halfway greeted by an African American male (not the manager) who was reluctant to help me. I was shocked by his attitude, and disgusted by his energy. Seemed as if he was annoyed by my presence. Luckily they didnât have the bracelet I wanted in my size, so I happily went across the street to Lennox location, and was greeted with a smile, and warm welcome even in the last two minutes before they closed. Moving forward, I will go to the Lennox location where I feel respected & appreciated.

I typically order online but visited this location due to a bad experience at the location in Lenox Mall. No appointment-no stress, no headache no worries! Flew in for business and I needed some pieces cleaned (more than 10 đ) before I left and even ended up purchasing a chain. Brandice was a pleasure to work with and who I believe is the manager Dexter greeted me with a smile and took care of what I needed. While waiting I had a riveting conversation with Bentley who almost made me purchase a Chopard watch! The entire experience was truly delightful. When I come to the A this is where I will purchase all my DY. Get into it!
