Visited Tuesday afternoon and stayed less than 30 minutes.
We were assigned an associate who never greeted us or introduced herself, but immediately scanned us up and down.
The attitude felt dismissive from the start.
Despite this, we viewed earrings and even completed a purchase.
Her rude and unwelcoming behavior continued throughout, to the point that we returned the item immediately at the counter and purchased online instead.
Are only high-spending or “approved-looking” clients considered real customers here? High-end brands should understand that professionalism and basic respect are not optional.

This boutique is truly amazing. They treat every customer like a VIP.
Simon is fantastic. Working with him is a luxury experience in and of itself. He is an expert at his craft, dedicated to his customers and the products he sells and services, and he is also an incredibly smart and nice person.
If you would like to make a luxury jewelry purchase in Atlanta, this is the place to do it. They will not judge you and they will find the product(s) that will bring joy to your life and to anyone lucky enough to receive a gift from this world class and industry leading brand and boutique.
My watch is over twenty years old and when I am in the boutique for service, they treat me as if I just spent 50k, even though I am only there for service on a product purchased years ago.
The service itself is absolutely top notch. World class and industry leading.
My watch needs service about every five years. As is the case for all luxury watches.
It was last in for service about two years ago, and I am pretty sure my watch accumulated more sky miles than I did in that year. They sent it via airplane to Dallas not once, not twice, but three times to restore it to optimal, factory restored conditions.
Now, you may ask: why three times? Shouldn't they get it right the first time? The answer is simple: they sent it the first time, after I paid for my usual service. When it returned, fixed, a new problem emerged. So they sent it right back and had that problem fixed. Free of charge.
Then, another problem appeared. So, they sent it to Dallas and fixed that one, as well. For free, of course.
The watch is looking as good as ever. And it operates as though I just bought it yesterday. It is about 24-years-old!
And allow me to mention, all of this service work was accomplished in a matter of about ten days. They fly the products same day air.

My fiancé and I went to see a ring I had found online. Simon was the staff member who helped us, and we cannot say enough good things about the experience. The store was beautiful, the staff was efficient and thoughtful, and Simon was wise in his guidance and kind in all his interactions with us. Cartier made this an outstanding experience!
