  Im giving 3 stars because of certain policies I don't agree with. First, I want to make clear that I love my jacket! However, I do think they could be a bit more flexible with certain items regarding returns with tags removed, even though the item may be perfect condition with the tag still in the original bag. It is unreasonable to expect you to test out gloves with a giant tag inside if it, and then denying you even a store credit for the item. Im sure they have a way of simply reattaching the tag, but apparently thats not an option. Jeremy, the manager, (I think is his name) was friendly, kind and courteous. There was someone else in the store who I belive made the call, he's the one that originally sold me the gloves. I noticed he was the one that inspected them and didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me directly or look my way when I left the store. Don't know why, but that just didnt sit right with me. I think he could use some more training on dealing with customers. Even when I purchased the gloves from him, he seemed a little condescending. I like the products, but I think I will be making my purchase online, or when I am in another city with a boutique.

Every detail was handled with care — my clothes were beautifully packed, and the entire process felt smooth, efficient, and personalized.   As I understand this is a new location, which was very convenient for me. I’ve been wanting a Canada Goose jacket for quite a few winters now. Drove here from a different state to try on a lodge hoody, ended up leaving with one. Friendly staff, would recommend this store for anyone interested in high quality jackets for the colder months.
