  I met Nisha Goel last week when she appraised some jewelry for me. She was professional but friendly. She is very knowledgeable, explained what she was doing, and answered all of my questions. She also told me right away that one piece was not precious metal. I appreciate all she did for me.

Their knowledge of the watches was impressive, but what really stood out was their professionalism and genuine passion for helping me find the right piece. They took the time to answer every question, explain the details, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. There was no pressure, just great service and attention to detail.
