- MKManu KatzNov 22, 20251.0I came to return an online purchase and the store would not take it. The only thing they can do is to drop it off at UPS for you and you do not even get a receipt. Customer service on the phone said some stores can only take back select items and others do not take back anything purchased online. The best is to call the store ahead of time to know if they will be able to process a return. This is 2025, not the 20th century anymore. And if this is the policy, please advise of that on your website and not after the fact when customers waste their time to get to a store. Until Hugo Boss gets into the 21st century, I suggest you shop elsewhere.
