- SPshobha prakashAug 22, 20251.0We visited the Armani exchange store in Lenox square mall in Georgia. We were there to buy gifts for my husband’s and his brothers birthday. Unfortunately, one of our happy memories turned horrible when one of the sales associates (we were told his name is Terrance) loudly commented that “we had tried on clothes but they won’t buy anything”. Which seemed quite a racist remake to make. After spending more than 500$ at the store, we left with such a bad taste that I don’t think we would return to the store. We feel insulted and disappointed, and what was meant to be a great experience for us is now just an upsetting memory.

Had I not gone into the store, that would have been my first and last time shopping at Armani Exchange. But when I went into the store, they were able to help me without any issues at all and they were very courteous. Jessica and Adam were a great help; and I have returned to the store to shop now on several occasions. Each time I have been in the store, I always get the same amazing help from the first time I visited. The online store needs to get a page out of their book to be better at customer service.
