- GRGiovanni RuedaDec 10, 20251.0Terrible Experience at American Eagle I bought a brand-new pair of jeans at American Eagle, and the very first wash completely damaged them. I went back to the store expecting basic customer service, but the manager, Jermaine, did not offer any solution at all. For a brand that claims to stand behind their products, this was extremely disappointing. I paid full price for jeans that didn’t even survive a single wash, and the manager refused to help or replace them. I will not be shopping here again, and I do not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality or customer service.

They need to hire kinder people, im pretty sure it was the manager that was really rude towards me and my mom. She got mad that we wanted to go in the same fitting room, she stated that policy rules had changed and I was confused but she told me about it in a rude tone and she even rolled her eyes like if I was aware of the policy. This occurred a year ago when the new american eagle was reopened, I have strived to avoid this american eagle location and prefer going to the one in lenox. Im not sure if that person still works at this location but her coworker was completely kind.
