  Absolutely terrible experience here today 2/1/26 around 12:30PM. The employees were all behind the counter ignoring/not greeting customers that were entering the store. My fiancé and I were shopping for some winter outfits. She wanted to try a couple pairs of pants on in the fitting room. I proceeded to ask one of the members to unlock the door and her attitude was prominent and disgusting. They also made “smart remarks” to us because they had to come and unlock the door again. We will not be returning to this location for no reason whatsoever. Extremely disappointing experience. Please hire members that greet customers with kindness. We would’ve actually purchased some items today but were deterred from the awful experience we endured.

  Can we have some professionalism in AE. I was shopping in AE and I was waiting by the fitting room as I was waiting for a fitting room the store manager Clifton made eye contact with me and multiple people waiting at the fitting rooms and walks past all of us to call another associate to come let us into the fitting rooms when that associate was visibly busy. I thought it was very rude and disrespectful and he shouldn’t be working there if he’s going to treat the customers and his associates that way. This AE is a place of class and he’s made it classless ! Those poor employees! FIX THIS NOW !

  This location has the worst selection and I always feel like I Am being rushed when I go there. Come on you guys get some better inventory!!
