  I will speak to MY experience as a customer. I was greeted immediately... Genuinely. Everyone was focused on their role/jobs, fast at work; yet, still paused to greet/speak, smile and ask if I needed anything. I was in and out quickly... Even with a very crowded store. The young lady that checked me out at the counter was super pleasant and helpful. Even upsold me on the Magnesium Reset Spray, because I asked about it, and she knowledgeably spoke to the product. Seems to me, you get what you give here... Enter with kindness and respect -- Perhaps you'll get it back. Not a single complaint. Phenomenal experience!

  This store is horrible the customer service sucks. The Manager allows the staff to be very unprofessional. I was returning something I got for a gift and the employee had a whole attitude because I was returning something I didn’t want….. Never experienced this at no store ………I will never go back and I will tell my family and friends to never gift me anything from Alo……… The staff was all black sad……Beware visit at your own risk ⛔️

  For as much as their clothes cost and as “luxury” as they are attempting to be this store is HORRIBLE! The people that work here are so rude! The people that work the register are some of the RUDEST women I’ve ever been helped by. They don’t answer the phone and I will never go into this store again. They need to fire and rehire here because the staff is terrible. The gentlemen in the dressing was lovely however they are hustling with everything. You want shoes? you sure? I just bought shoes in every color I’m good. I spent 800 dollars in there to get treated like a peasant. Don’t waste your time going here. It’s a wreck.

  I had exceptional customer service today at the Alo store in Lenox Mall. Oscar in the fitting rooms went above and beyond to help me — even with multiple requests — and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. It made such a difference in my shopping experience. Thank you, Oscar!

  When I came to return an item at this location, the employees were incredibly rude and very unhelpful. The workers at the register all look like they were forced to work. There needs to be a change in management and employees. This experience has made me not want to shop at Alo. Please shop online instead.
