  I visited the Alo Yoga Lenox store on January 10, 2026, around 5:00 PM. While the front-of-house associates were friendly and helpful, the overall customer service experience could use improvement. I asked an associate to retrieve a size that wasn’t available on the sales floor, and after waiting about 10 minutes, I overheard another employee apologize to the associate I had asked, saying they had completely forgotten about the item. Because of this, I felt hesitant to request additional sizes while shopping, as I was worried I would have to wait another 10+ minutes each time. Additionally, the associates working in the back seemed overwhelmed and disengaged. We overheard an employee asking management if someone could cover for them because they had not yet received their breaks, so I understand they seemed short staffed. Overall, while the front-of-house staff were pleasant, the delays and lack of organization in the back made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

  Alo is the most comfortable athleisure wear!! The fit is great and the more you wear it the more comfy it gets.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ALO Yoga. I purchased a pair of leggings and a quarter-zip sweatshirt on November 9th as a Christmas gift for my wife. The total cost was over $300, which set the expectation for premium quality and customer service. When my wife opened the gift on Christmas Day and tried it on for the first time, the fit was completely off—the leggings were uncomfortably tight, and the sweatshirt was far too large. Unfortunately, when I contacted ALO Yoga to request a return or exchange, I was told they would not accommodate us because the return window had closed—by a single day. Given that this was a Christmas gift purchased well in advance and only tried on during the holiday, the refusal to make even a minimal exception is incredibly disappointing. For a company that positions itself as a high-end brand, this level of inflexibility and lack of empathy from customer service is unacceptable. This experience has completely turned us off from shopping with ALO Yoga in the future. There are many brands offering comparable products, and customer service should be a key differentiator at this price point. Unfortunately, ALO Yoga fell far short.

  I received a Christmas gift from a friend that ordered from Alo online and had the gift shipped to them in Ohio and they shipped to me here in Atlanta. I went to Lenox this morning to exchange the items for the correct size and here is where the nonsense began……. They didn’t have the items in store so the person helping me had to order it online and have it shipped to me which was totally fine, what I did not like is that I had to pay the difference in shipping because the original shipment went to Ohio and this shipment is coming to Atlanta but SHIPPING WAS FREE. One item I was exchanging was originally on sale, I wanted a different color but since it was not on sale anymore I was unable to change colors without paying the difference, HOW?????? I understand if it was a different item I should have to pay the difference but not the same exact item that was really just an exchange. I will NEVER shop here nor do I want anyone to buy me another gift from this place.
