- CJC JDec 24, 20252.0On today I was truly disappointed in the customer service. Valentino has always been one of my favorite brands. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience today. For instance I reached out to a sales associate by phone and text for a prepaid order and I was ignored without a follow up. So I decided to come into the boutique I was treated so rude by one of the associates. However the other employee was very pleasant and kind to me. She assisted me in getting my profile updated. In the future I will definitely ask for her and not anyone else!

We were talking amongst ourselves smelling different fragrance, walking around etc still 0 interaction from the sales associate…she was too busy on her cell phone. Then as we walked out she said “have a good day”…terrible customer service from who ever this associate was. We definitely took our business elsewhere.

I was brushed off after explaining that I was directed to them by Valentino customer service regarding problem with a pair of shoes I purchased this year in Paris but was told in the boutique that they would not assist me. I certainly will not be visiting this boutique again.
