  After making my first purchase at Alexander McQueen and Phipps Plaza I was so excited I spent over $2,000 for a pair of high top tennis shoes and a cross purse I waited until there was a special occasion to put my new tennis shoes on just to find out that they fit like nothing I've ever put on my feet before very poorly and they have no give in them and the pain was not like anything I had ever experienced while trying to just wear a pair of tennis shoes I called the store because I was not able to wear the shoes for more than 10 minutes just to find out that I could not return the item so in short I am stuck with $1,000 pair of tennis shoes that no one can wear and be comfortable in I would never shop at this store for any item that they sell ever again and if you were wise you wouldn't shop there either please try to walk outside the store in the shoes you need to do better than I did by just trying the shoe on is not a true description of how they're going to feel when you walk in them outside the store there's plenty of other stores that represent their product and stand behind it for more than 30 days again poorly made overpriced and the general manager will be very kind and courteous while you're shopping but will not give a damn about if you are going through any of the things that I'm going through they simply didn't care and didn't make any adjustments but I guess that's how business is ran when they don't give a damn they're only there to collect your money not to provide a service or a good experience listen up ladies and gentlemen please don't make the same mistake do your homework you can waste your money anywhere but not there sincerely a unhappy customer that promise to never return again nor would I recommend anyone else to do so

  My go to for comfortable high end sneakers I own about (6) pairs and will continue to support the brand as long as they keep the style and trend consistent...
