  I do not recommend the buckhead location in Atlanta Ga. If I could give it a zero / 1/4 if a star I would, unfortunately, you have to press something in order to make this review.I don't want anyone to suffer what I have suffered. My sister ordered me a expensive fruit arrangement platter for my Birthday in February. A significant amount of the fruit was bad, or no flavor the grapes were not normal size. Very disappointing. I had to throw a lot of the fruit in the trash. The grapes were small like pea size with brown spots on them, the strawberries was very poor quality, some were bruised soft with brown colored On the inside, (going bad) a few were good, the chocolate dips apple slices, some were good, others had brown spots on the inside like they were old or deteriorating and The pineapple were white in color not sweet at all. I was very disappointed. It was very embarrassing for my guest to have witnessed the fruit platter, because they know I thoroughly enjoy quality. After throwing some, and eating the ones that I could I call my sister? She said the tray was very expensive, so I decided to take the tray back.. I had eaten what I could eat and I threw some away. I own an ice cream cupcake yogurt palor and it's important for me to sell good product, bause it represents who I am as a business owner and it has kept my business in business since 2010. The store agreed to give me a smaller tray, based on what I brought back, i was told they would give me a call in a few days. I waited for 1 month, I did not hear from the store, Now in April, (2 months later) I go back to the store to ask them about my fruit platter that she said she would call me when it was ready. They first act like they did not remember, and I expressed to the lady, you were the one that told me you were going to make it, You said had a few orders, but you would get to it in a few days. I never heard from you. Then they told me to give them about 1 hour, and they would have it ready. I go back to pick up my fruit platter and it looked the same as before.The fruit was very poor quality. I expressed to her how I felt about the fruit.She said, that's all the fruit they have, I told her it's 2 months later and your fruit still looked this poor. I then asked, could I get it from another location she told me no. Very poor customer service and products. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from the Buckhead, Atlanta GA location. I also noticed a flower arrangement in their case that looked withard. I have shopped at edible arrangement in different states, and this by far is the poorest quality location, in a very wealthy area. I end up giving the tray away to someone else, who was the less fortunate. Very disappointed and a waste of money. I do not recommend this location for any of your special occasion needs. A VERY HONEST REVIEW

  The customer service guy was very patient and attentive to my concerns. He was willing to wait for me to pick up my order even after closing hours. That meant a lot to me.The recipient of the item I purchased was very pleased with their edible gift. Thank you Edible Arrangements for making my order a smooth process ♥️🙂🙏

  Ordered online for valentine's day delivery to my daughter and college roommate. Order said being crafted. They never received it. I left messages and emailed and never got a response. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and disputed it to get a refund. Would not recommend.

  This store is absolutely terrible , I placed an order 3 days ago…keep in mind it still says the order is being crafted. I canceled the order online then called them 15 times, no answer. This is my first time dealing with them and it will be my LAST. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
