- SPSajan PatelApr 6, 20263.0This has to be my worst experience at a DXL store. The parking situation is horrible. Once I entered in the store I was never greeted nor acknowledged. I understand they were some what busy due to Easter weekend. However, after shopping for over an hour with multiple pieces of garments in my hands, I was never asked by an associate if I needed assistance or if they could place the clothing at the checkout while I continue to shop. I’ve been to numerous DXL stores throughout Texas and Georgia. This Buckhead location being the biggest store in the Atlanta area with the worst or better yet nonexistent customer service is extremely disappointing. Lastly, please clean the fitting rooms. There is dust every where on the floor. The mirrors are dirty. Each fitting room has a different type of lighting. This makes a huge issue when trying to match colors and coordinate an outfit. I never had these types of issues at other locations. I hope this store can address these issues soon or it may result it just online shopping moving forward

I confirmed the return window, drove over later that week. The salesperson retrieved the replacement pair, refused the exchange, and then insisted I purchase the new pair for $60. I was honest to goodness so dumbstruck at the flagrant dishonesty that I had to walk out.
