  I was having trouble finding a certain shirt in tan, I had already picked up the specific shirt in black, so I simply asked one of the employees “can you help me find this shirt in tan?”, and she replies “all the shirts are organized by color”. So I tell her “yes I tried and haven’t found it, but by it being your job and that you work here, I was hoping you would help me find it” like damn if they can’t even help you find a shirt what are they getting paid for?

  The customer service at this location is the WORST. I went to pick up my order. Told the girl at the register that I was picking up an online order she took my information and tells me “go stand over there and wait”. Then 3 different employees asked me what I was waiting on. I then told them an online order. They asked the girl I first went to what was it and she shrugs her shoulders and makes a face at me. I was waiting on the side for 45 min until someone finally got me my order.

  Let me start off by saying that I love Alo’s merchandise & have been a long time customer. HOWEVER, one of the employees named Gigi or whatever her name is, gave me a bad attitude. Her energy is honestly despicable. She is a poor representation of customer service & I’ve had better service at McDonald’s. The other employees were welcoming and kind but she made my experience very uncomfortable. Is this the kind of person you want representing your company?

  Service and staff are so unorganized. Floors are filthy and the workers are rude. Waited for 20 minutes to get an item checked. One of the worst Alo experiences in the country. I have shopped at several in the US including DC, LA, NYC and Houston. The Atlanta location is definitely the worst

  Literally the only reason why this place gets 5 stars is because Iyanna, Avery, Reagan and Carrington. I feel like it was two girls with the same name, but one is small. They were so sweet and helpful to me. Gigi however was not, I feel like that’s her name. I asked her a question if some item was in stock. Immediately no, no smile, no nothing. Just snoot and walk away. She was too busy following two black men around the store and I guess I was interrupting that. Iyanna actually asked me if I needed help, I asked her if they had this item in stock. She said “let me find out for you”. (THEY IN FACT DID) and she brought it to me with a smile. I had ordered online and I just needed to change sizes for one of the items. Please send the other girl to customer service remediation. She surely needs it.
