My recent visit here will be my last time here. Did not have a good experience, I ended up purchasing at a stand alone Sunglasses hut. Staff needs to be more professional. I saw some of the recent reviews and I should have known better.

Terrible customer service. The staff acts like they don't want to help or want to be there. The manager had a really bad attitude. He did not seem knowledgeable about their own products. Way too expensive for this kind of experience. Definitely not worth it.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Sunglass Hut. I purchased a pair of sunglasses and I didn’t noticed a small scratch on the inside of the lens before even purchasing them. When I got home I shined it to the light and that’s when I noticed that scratch. When I tried to return them, the manager immediately accused me of causing the damage, which was frustrating and unprofessional, when the scratch was inside the glasses itself. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and the manager argued with both me and my fiancé rather than listening or trying to help.
What’s most telling is that his coworker actually agreed with us and tried to handle the situation far more reasonably and logically. She showed the kind of customer service and professionalism you’d expect from a manager.
Overall, poor customer service, lack of accountability, and no effort to make things right. I won’t be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others.

I spent $550 $450 on metas and $98 on a cheaper pair. We bought the cheaper pair back the pair of glasses that were on display because they didn’t have a second pair didn’t realize they were scratched until we got home tried to return them he said that he can’t prove that is happened in store we told him its been 1 day and when we noticed we came back Even wanted to exchange them and get a more expensive pair he refused the return service manager is so unhelpful and rude will never return literally was going to spend $150 more on a better pair but now we will never seek business here again mad i bought the meta glasses from him before that.
