  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Avalon Sunglass Hut was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share it. I came in to exchange a pair of sunglasses I had purchased about a week earlier from another Sunglass Hut location. The pair I received was a display model and had damage that I later noticed. Because the original store did not have additional inventory, I was advised that another Sunglass Hut location could assist with an exchange if needed. Unfortunately, the employee who appeared to be the store manager treated me as though I had caused the damage myself. She repeatedly interrupted me, was dismissive throughout the conversation, and made comments such as, "If this was 1-2 days after the purchase that's okay, but a whole week is not okay," despite me still being within the return period. What was especially frustrating was that she insisted on calling the original store to verify the situation. I had no issue with that and welcomed it. However, after making the call, she returned and told me there was no way to verify whether the damage existed when the glasses were sold or whether I had caused it myself. At that point, I personally called the original store. The manager there immediately acknowledged that the sunglasses were a display pair and that existing wear or damage was entirely possible. While I was on the phone discussing a resolution with him, an exchange was finally offered. The one bright spot of this experience was Athena. She was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Even while Athena was trying to properly complete the exchange, the other employee appeared irritated, rushed the process, and was eager to end the interaction. The difference in professionalism between the two employees was striking. My family purchases sunglasses regularly, and this is the closest Sunglass Hut location to us. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Policies can always be explained professionally. Respect goes a long way, and throughout this interaction, that respect was noticeably lacking. Athena understood that. The other employee did not.

  Anya was so helpful! She treated my with so much care and let me try on any sunglasses! I left with a smile on my face and I will definitely be back! 10/10 customer service

  I ask them for a ray ban customer service help line they said call yourself and find from google . Don’t purchase any sunglasses from here they are rude. Extremely disappointed. I think my sunglasses are fake so they don’t want to give me any reason of not exchanging .

  They sold me fake sunglasses it was ray ban. Guys be care full I went to complain but they don’t want to listen .
