  I recently had an experience at Shane Co. that reminded me why I value this store so much. Breanna McNeil, a Jewelry Consultant at their Alpharetta location, was incredible! She was so accommodating and put a tremendous amount of thought into how she could help me. She acted as a true advocate for me, taking the initiative to coordinate with her manager, Roxanne Mathis, to arrive at a solution that was truly exceptional!! It’s easy to see why Breanna was recently recognized with a trip to Colorado. She is a master of client relations. She doesn’t just provide a service—she truly acts as "Your Friend and Jeweler". The genuine care for the customer is exactly what makes this team so strong. Both Roxanne and Breanna are an absolute credit to the company and the reason I’ll be a Shane Co. customer for life!

  Worst experience ever. We had a ring resized, and when it was shipped back to us, it had a huge gouge on the side. I spotted it immediately, which makes it even more frustrating that their “experienced” jeweler allowed it to be sent back to a customer in that condition. Completely unacceptable. We then had to drive 10 hours back to the store to address the issue, only to be told the ring was too damaged and they would have to make a new one. That’s time, stress, and trust that shouldn’t have been lost in the first place. I won’t be trusting this location again.

  My fiance and I just came in and worked with Dennis and got our wedding bands!!! He’s the man! We genuinely enjoyed working with him. He knew his stuff and had incredible customer service. Thankful he was our associate!

  Micheal Shepardson is truly an asset to the Shane Co. He made the experience of upgrading my 20-year-old wedding set extraordinary and I hope to keep it forever. He was so patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks a thousand times and I intend on forever recommending him to my friends and family.

  Frankly, giving one star is one star too many. My fiance and I arrived to be greeted by what we thought was a very nice sales person "Brianna," however after spending at least 15-30 minutes with her, she handed us off to someone else. How unacceptable to work with someone, developing a customer relationship and trust that could've landed her 3 sales, only to be thrown by the wayside to help another customer who requested her. This lack of professionalism negates the trust that one must have when shopping for jewelry, AND, it tells the customer that they are not important enough to be part of the sales experience from beginning to end. We turned around after being introduced to a new sales person only to see her helping another customer! What a slap in the face. Good riddance, Shane Co., Alpharetta! There are TONS of options for buying jewelry, including Sabri Guven, which by the way, gave us time, respect, professionalism, and knowledge. Take your diamonds back to Antwerp, Shane Co. and train your employees to treat every customer as their most important ones. All customers matter!!!
