  I do have a friend in the diamond business! I love giving this place my diamond business and would shop nowhere else, well worth the 2 hour plus drive. I have bought for my wife and daughters at this location, they are always friendly, knowledgeable and stand behind their product and warranties. This Shane Co. is the best!

  My fiancé and I had such a wonderful experience working with Kyle at Shane Co. From the very beginning, he stood out as a warm, creative, and genuinely attentive listener. My fiancé didn’t want a standard wedding band, and once we described the kind of ring we envisioned, Kyle immediately had a few unique options in mind. He went the extra mile by having them shipped to the store so we could see them in person, which made the process feel personalized and thoughtful. Kyle’s patience throughout the entire journey was remarkable. He never rushed us, and he always made sure we felt comfortable with each decision. What impressed us most was his honesty—when money was tight, he advised us to purchase the ring itself rather than the stone, ensuring we stayed within our budget without compromising on quality. At the same time, he kept track of stone prices and consistently updated us as they changed, showing how invested he was in helping us make the best choice. His communication was excellent; Kyle stayed in contact with us every step of the way, making sure we felt supported and informed. Even though we live in Mableton, we had no hesitation driving all the way to Alpharetta to work with him because the level of customer service he provided was truly worth it. Kyle is not only friendly and approachable but also an exceptional listener who made us feel heard and valued. He is incredibly thoughtful, creative, and honest—qualities that are rare and so appreciated in such an important purchase.   My wife and I recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and wanted to commemorate this special occasion with a necklace that would be symbolic of our five decades of marriage. When we arrived at Shane Co. in Alpharetta we were greeted and assisted by consultants Sneh and Matt. They were exceptional in the customer service they provided to us, giving invaluable suggestions and advice without any sales pressure. We were then assisted by Carlos, the jeweler who would be customizing it, resulting in the perfect necklace. We could not be more pleased with the service, and the quality of the necklace.

  Roxanne, the sales associate, made me feel extremely uncomfortable making a return here. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here because if you do, they might not refund your money even if the item is new and you’ve only had it a few days with a receipt. It’s disheartening because I’ve been a loyal customer for years, spending thousands of dollars with them, but this experience has made me reconsider. The necklace I returned was significantly cheaper than any other item I’ve purchased from them over the years, costing only $580 compared to the over $9,000 necklace I bought and have had for years. It’s truly unfortunate that the associates working here are causing the company to lose a loyal customer of over a decade.
