- JBJohn Bookout5 days ago5.0I've been a DSW fan for years and this location(North Point) is the best! I received a dsw gift card for Christmas, and when I went in to use it there was nothing on it. I came back a few days later with the receipt and activation info, expecting a hassle. The two women who helped me were so kind. From the beginning, they were friendly and genuinely helpful. One woman is named Victoria, and unfortunately I didn't catch the other woman's name, but they were great! Victoria was on the phone with corporate for over 30 minutes! She got disconnected multiple times, but patiently kept sorting out the problem. Meanwhile, she and her coworker are steadily ringing up and helping other customers, all with a smile! After all the problems, Victoria worked it out and got my gift card back on line. This is the best customer service I have ever had, thanks to Victoria and her coworker! Thank you ladies, you are the best!
