  The Mayors at Avalon is a wonderful store with great employees. They have a great watch selection and despite not having the particular one I wanted in store Maggie was able to find it for me and have it shipped the next day.

  I had an outstanding experience working with Phil and Chris while purchasing a Cartier for my wife and a Rolex for my 40th birthday—perfect timing for a milestone purchase. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every question was answered. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and their attention to detail and high-level service truly set them apart. Because of the way they took care of me, I’ll definitely be back again.

  I stopped in for assistance and couldn’t have had a better experience. Chris helped me resize a Cartier watch and was exceptional throughout the process—friendly, patient, and detail-oriented. He walked through sizing options, removed and re-inserted links, and made sure the fit was absolutely perfect before I left. Definitely a great experience and what you expect at a high end jeweler.

  Phil at Mayor's Avalon is a true asset to the company. He is a standout expert when it comes to watches and working with him has been an absolute pleasure. His depth of knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for timepieces make him a true asset to Mayors. The experience has always been phenomenal.   Sometimes things just come together. My husband's has wanted a Rolex timepiece for as long as I can remember. This year was our 25th anniversary and he took me to Italy for the vacation of a lifetime. I didn't really get him anything for the anniversary or the birthday because all of our disposable income went on the trip. So I decided I would try to make it happen for Christmas. Thus began the journey of learning way more than I ever thought I would know about rolexes. At first I had looked on Facebook marketplace and eBay and some of the online sites but I decided that I didn't like the uncertainty of knowing whether the timepiece I bought was genuine or not. After some careful research I found Mayors. Enter Maggie. She sent me photos was completely patient did everything that she could to find me the watch that would work for my budget and aesthetics. Unfortunately we were running out of time I had put in for an allocation but had no hope that it would arrive in time. But to my surprise just two weeks before the holiday I got the phone call from Maggie. She did everything she could to take care of me throughout the process and when the time came she called me immediately and gave me the opportunity. I can't say enough good things she was efficient caring and knowledgeable. I will be visiting her again for my future watch and jewelry needs. I highly recommend Maggie and Mayors! Quality jewelry, quality time pieces, quality service!
