  I just had an incredible experience at Mayors. Phil and I met a few months ago, took the time to Research and look up a few watches for me and today I came back to make the purchase. Beyond happy and I will for sure be back. Head on in and ask for Phil!

  Phil at Mayor's Avalon is a true asset to the company. He is a standout expert when it comes to watches and working with him has been an absolute pleasure. His depth of knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for timepieces make him a true asset to Mayors. The experience has always been phenomenal. I had a great time working with him - and I highly recommend! 5 stars easily.

  Sometimes things just come together. My husband's has wanted a Rolex timepiece for as long as I can remember. This year was our 25th anniversary and he took me to Italy for the vacation of a lifetime. I didn't really get him anything for the anniversary or the birthday because all of our disposable income went on the trip. So I decided I would try to make it happen for Christmas. Thus began the journey of learning way more than I ever thought I would know about rolexes. At first I had looked on Facebook marketplace and eBay and some of the online sites but I decided that I didn't like the uncertainty of knowing whether the timepiece I bought was genuine or not. After some careful research I found Mayors. Enter Maggie. She sent me photos was completely patient did everything that she could to find me the watch that would work for my budget and aesthetics. Unfortunately we were running out of time I had put in for an allocation but had no hope that it would arrive in time. But to my surprise just two weeks before the holiday I got the phone call from Maggie. She did everything she could to take care of me throughout the process and when the time came she called me immediately and gave me the opportunity. I can't say enough good things she was efficient caring and knowledgeable. I will be visiting her again for my future watch and jewelry needs. I highly recommend Maggie and Mayors! Quality jewelry, quality time pieces, quality service!

  Mayors is corporate owned, see my Google post about mayors in Jacksonville Florida, they do not honor there prices, bait and switch.They quoted me a price for a watch then refused to sell it at the price quoted, they are not about customer retention nor do they care. I emailed corporate and got no response. Shop elsewhere this company does not care about their reputation.

  I had an excellent experience shopping at Mayors in Alpharetta. From the moment I walked in, I truly enjoyed all the selections they showed me and the detailed stories and history behind each piece. Elena was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, making the entire experience very exciting. Chris was just as knowledgeable, and I really enjoyed talking with him about different watches. He was especially helpful when it came to sizing my watch and making sure everything was perfect. I’m really looking forward to coming back and working with both of them again. If you’re looking for an outstanding shopping experience, I highly recommend making an appointment with Elena or Chris— they will absolutely take great care of you.
