SENADIE absolutely nailed it with the perfect grey suit - sharp, modern, and exactly what I was looking for. HANA took it to another level with a tan suit that’s been getting nonstop rave reviews from friends and business partners - her eye for fit and style is exceptional. Ismael made the entire experience even better—easygoing, great to talk to, and kept everything relaxed and effortless. What really sets this team apart is their patience and integrity.   I’m a typical guy, I don’t buy clothes often. And I work in a stiff office environment that requires me to look sharp to some extent. Boy am I happy I dropped into Bonobos on a whim. Tamara knew what she was doing! I left with 8 new pieces of clothing I loved. Thanks to the whole team for the attention, professionalism, and patience you provided me. I’ll be buying from this company more based on my experience.

  I have always ordered online in the past, but came into the store to buy a new sports jacket and suit. Very glad I did as Tamira helped me pick the best size and fit for my frame. Sizes were spot on from what I was going to order originally online, but the fits were slightly different depending on the fabric. Very good service, new customer for life

  We came in knowing what we wanted and it was a bit more challenging than we expected. We did end up buying the suit, but I don't think my husband felt as cared for and attended to as he would have liked. The sales team kept talking to me as if I was the person trying on clothes and sort of treating him like a secondary part of the process. It was a little strange, I have to say. We also didn't realize until AFTER we had made the purchase that the store doesn't provide any alterations. That was a bit disappointing, since he's used to be able to take care of all of that at one location.
