- LRLauren RichardsJan 15, 20265.0I have gone to this location of American Eagle in the past and received terrible customer service. I honestly avoided going into this store location for a while because of my past experiences. However, I decided to give it another try today and was pleasantly surprised with the employees this time around. Matthew was the main one to help me, and he was fantastic! He greeted me and my Mom, told us about the current deals, checked online for other items I was interested in, helped us in the dressing rooms and even sold me on taking advantage of the BOGO. Him and his co-worker John did a great job running the store. I am so happy that I gave this location another try. Will definitely be coming back if Matthew & John are working! Please keep hiring great employees like these two, American Eagle! :)
