  Went during a swimsuit sale and found a cute one piece for only $30. One associate was a bit rude, but another was lovely.

  Retail associate was actively showing us deals and popular items, stayed with us sort of like a restaurant waitress, always checking on us, helping build outfits and being generally useful. Very impressed by staff.

  I placed an online order with American Eagle for my daughter and I called The store before it showed ready on the app and they said they did not have it in their system but it probably went to Aerie. I called the store Aerie and I spoke to Michelle who was extremely friendly and helpful. She told me that it was not in their store system and that it most likely is at the American Eagle store that I ordered it from but she would look into it and contact American Eagle for me to try to speed up the process so that I could pick it up before I had to leave town. She asked for my phone number and minutes later I received a text from American Eagle stating that my order was ready for pick up. To make it even better I got a phone call minutes after that from Michelle at Aerie telling me that she checked into it and American Eagle should have it ready for me. I went to American Eagle and picked it up and they were also very friendly inside of that store. Michelle went above and beyond above my expectations!! I wish everyone would give good customer service and attention to the customers Like Michelle did. That’s hard to come across these days!! Great job Michele, you made my day!! 😁

  Had the BEST experience at this store!! It was my first time shopping for swim in 3 years and I was so anxious. The entire staff was so helpful, especially Emily! She spent over 2 hours pulling suits for me and encouraging me (plus it was only her 3rd shift!!)! I would come back to this Aerie for the customer service alone! Plus I got like 3 super cute swimsuits out of it! Thank you to everyone who works there :)
