  Came here looking to buy a gun went to the gun counter looked at the pistol. I was interested in for about 25 to 30 minutes. Two people walked around made eye contact with me but never once asked me if I needed any help and then after I got aggravated and went to walk out, he came up and asked the guy beside me if he needed help and then I told him I’ve been standing there waiting on him to help me look at the gun and he said he was with someone else which was a lie very disappointed with the customer service. I’ve never had this before at a Bass Pro shop They were more interested in leaving than selling me a gun

  I dont understand how this place stays in business. Its overpriced, there are people all over the store bugging you to sign up for something. Not worth the time or money. Find something in this store and Google it i bet you'll find multiple cheaper prices elsewhere. What's the point of being a big box store if your prices are higher.

  I love the store and the experience of shopping here when not bothered by the in store solicitors. I cannot stand the solicitor stations they have set up where they try to sell you on a vacation package. Those solicitation stations need to be taken away or I will second guess shopping in store. I'm sure most other customers feel the same. I will give 5 stars when the solicitors are gone for good.

  Went to purchase a firearm in December 2025 got an erroneous NCIS denial. Completed the Voluntary Appeal File process along with relevant documents that may have resulted in the denial, as outlined by the FBI. Received my UPIN from the FBI and contacted them to ensure I would not be denied again, their feedback was "you're good to go". Went back to Bass Pro shops and they wouldn't even RUN my NCIS background because I didn't appeal their specific denial, instead I cleared things with the FBI for all purchases. Left BassPro shops and went to GA Firing Line... they had the best service EVER!!! Was able to fire the 2 guns I was considering, gave them my UPIN, they ran the NCIS and guess what ... as the FBI told me directly.. "GOOD TO GO". ... Bass Pro is convenient to my home and a big selection but I'll NEVER EVER EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

  The young lady with the glasses at the shoe department was super helpful. She was kind to everyone and did as much as she could to get customers what they needed. Unfortunately the sizes I needed were out of stock. I'd highly recommend going to her if you have any questions. She's a very sweet person and deserves acknowledgement for her hard work.
