  Staff may act professional but the rest of the crew need to be investigated honestly how could any company allow creeps to work at a place like this or any in that case is beyond unfair and unprofessional, there is members here if the store who will stare, cat call and even touch you in appropriately, this place needs to get investigated because even the managers won't do a thing and let things slide is insanely disturbing this is recently as well, women deserve respect and this store having a woman's section is criminal. I absolutely dont recommend coming here and I will update more later on.

  Absolutely the worst. Went in looking to buy a fishfinder and have it installed through them but the only people that would talk to me were trying to get me to sign up for a club thing and some Hilton people that were very pushy. By the time I got back to the fishing section the staff were to busy in their own conversations to help. Guess Amazon will get the business.

  Took my pontoon on the 17th to get an inspection done. Rhet greeted me first thing when I arrived. Cheryl, Dothan and Mala or top notch employees! Out of all the stores I called for inspection they were the only ones to answer my questions and not give me the runaround. Thank you and hope corporate office sees my review

  Over price on everything. It is almost unbelievable how much products are in this store and what they are in others. We came in last week to look for boat seats and we kept getting stopped by the employees wanting to sign us up for this or for that. For a time share and a credit card. Leave customers alone. no one wants to be messed with when shopping. If we are wanting a card we will apply for one. I hate goin in there due to that. It was almost 2 years since last time I went because of this type of stuff. Always trying to give away free hats to run my credit.

  I saw a Hilton Grand Vacation salesperson at a display in the Acworth GA store. It seems the Bass Pro CEO Johnny Morris has a stake in Hilton Grand Vacations. I left my cart that was full with the store manager. I could not in good conscience make a purchase from a company affiliated with Hilton Grand Vacations. It's shameful to use a great store to push a scam timeshare company. I don't need Bass Pro though, I can get my stuff elsewhere.
