- MMM.6 days ago3.0we designed a ring with one of the women there. she was really great and advised us to only do black diamonds halfway around the ring because they tend to pop out if you use your hands a lot. we agreed and signed/paid for that. when i picked up the ring today, the diamonds were all the way around the band. the ring is beautiful & the team did a great job, however, it would be nice to know if our design is going to be changed. we had no idea they would go all the way around. a simple question or approval would have been nice. beautiful ring & great service otherwise.
