  I have been shopping at this location from the time it opened and I have never been disappointed when going there until now. The atmosphere has really changed and it sucks. I will be shopping elsewhere

  Love Steve Madden and the employees are usually great but the brassy haired woman with the glasses on was so rude to my friend when she asked for help. She did not greet us and she was incredibly unwelcoming. I was going to buy shoes and didn’t because of her attitude.

  Assistant manager eve was disrespectful, and just the way she treated me and her coworkers tells a lot about how she is as a person, don’t know how these people with no respect towards their surroundings get a job, specially a job where you have to communicate and get a long with your other coworkers, this lady/men suck!

  I’m writing this review to share a really disappointing experience I had today at this location. I walked in and immediately noticed that the store was empty except for the staff. Unfortunately, the automatic door alert was the only greeting I got. None of the employees looked up to acknowledge my presence or offered help even after a couple minutes being there. In fact, when another staff member appeared, they continued to ignore me completely. I felt unwelcome as a customer and discouraged from ever stepping foot in the store to purchase anything. I hope the management can take this feedback to heart and train their staff to be more attentive and welcoming. Every customer deserves at the very least a simple greeting and some basic courtesy.
