After they provide me wrong training I could not use my Smart Start device properly. I paid $ 600 and decided to remove everything. Stephany I supposed to call to get my appointment, so she was super rude and start to shout on me and told me to pay $ 400 for removal. Super dishonest scam artist. Don't use them!

I called to question this when I was in the shop the First Lady hung up I was polite but she did hang up and the second person said she would find another place but it was already installed. This was not a misunderstanding I asked all the correct questions and they simply lied. I did this yesterday and got stuck because you have to hum . It kept saying breathed harder hum harder breath longer my car has not moved because I can’t get it to start I put myself in a terrible situation and companies like yours take advantage of the situation.

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.

Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
