I've only had this device in my car since August- the sales representatives were quick to get an appointment the next day after calling. Since August I've been overwhelmed with hidden fees extra charges due to faulty equipment and I've had 2 customer support employees hang the phone up on me Because I asked them to be professional and proactive- I'll pay 500-700$ in December just to switch companies- most unfair company I've ever dealt with. The last woman named Nicole who was the manager of the billing department hung up on me because I asked to speak with someone else. Due to her lack of patience and understanding that I was in a car wreck and had forgot to blow while speaking with police and being checked by the ambulance- i was charged 80 dollars for violating for not blowing one time. Don't use this company!!!
