  Terrible place and irresponsible!!! It was my first time ordering and I wasn’t aware that the order needs to be made days before the special day which is okay because it wasn’t anyone’s fault. I payed over $100 for an order with delivery and was never delivered so I called the store to ask what happened. I called all day and left voicemails, they never reached out. I even left a few emails and nothing. I couldn’t do much about it as I was out of the country for a few days I had no other option to tell the person that I was gifting the order as a “surprise” and asked her to check in person what was going on. I heard the whole thing on the phone when she got to the store and they were being very jumpy about everything so we requested a REFUND!!! They rather do a NASTY basket last minute to avoid the refund and ended up giving her VOMITS AND DIARRHEA for three days!!!!!!! Since she had to pick it up we requested a refund for the $15 delivery fee that was NEVERRR completed and boyyy never got the refund!!! IT WAS A FIRST AND LAST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

  This was a horrible experience. Customer service 0! I was advised my order is being sent by a third party and once it leaves there store it says delivered but they have no way of knowing where it is and no way to check it. Please do not spend money here I wish I could give it 0 stars

  I have ordered from this location in the past and have never been disappointed .. The order I placed today .. was no exception Donna went above and beyond to may it happen !! Great location to do business with!!

  I just want to give a HUGE compliment to Donna and her amazing team at the Wellington Edible Arrangements. From the first moment I walked in, I knew that Donna would handle everything for my nonprofit's event with professionalism and diligence. I was not disappointed. The bouquets were beautiful, all of our guests loved them, and they gave a beautiful touch of class to the event. I will definitely be a customer of Edible Arrangements from here on out. Any business that communicates, cares and responds as well as the Wellington Edible Arrangements has a forever customer. The fact that they pulled this all together just a week before Valentines Day, I will be eternally grateful. Thank you for creating such a lovely experience, from beginning to end. I can't wait to place my next order!
