  Terrible STORE experience 😪.Only if there is A URGE ZERO STAR.Nasty so call gm and floor staff.Cashier was very rude as well.No help on the floor.Staff even refused to check availability.The rude guy on the floor tell me this is not foot locker,calling other store names that they store dies not store things in the back.Incompetent as hell.Then, they placed order at the store for shipping at the store.Received a exception of non delivery message not delivering for today.I contacted FedEx & we try calling the store to verify shipping address & the rude nasty loud mouth Jeff calling himself general mgr.Refused to listen & showing off infront of his untrained employees rudely that he going to hangup & not listening to what need to be done.Then put me on hold very rudely that the package was picked 2days ago.Wrobg information given to me & rushing me off the phone.Those $300 shoes definitely going back.He refused as a want to be gm mgr.The package was never delivered yet nor pick up and he so nasty stating he going to hang up.As a so call gm mgr doesn't even know what a FedEx exception package delivery message sent to customer means.He even reading the address wrong missing the 1 from the address on file for shipping address.How you are a so call general mgr & does not know your own stord address.Reading the address as 855 without the 1.Then gettibg very vicious & loud to paid customers.Nasty store shopping experience & shipping experience with a nasty store.Even the FedEx lady heard the way he was being very nasty & rude to me.Immediate coaching to staff on floor is needed and training for cashier to be more accommodating & stop telling customers they going to hang up on them.I never purchased anything online either, why I am being push over to call there on line dept for? Hire a new GM for this location.This horrible experience put a horrible taste of DSW shopping experience less than 5stars.

  CHECK YOUR SHOES YOURSELF!!! Came up to buy a pair of UGGs for Christmas. All the UGGs in the store only have one shoe in the box, with signs that say you have to ask for the right one at checkout. These geniuses gave me 2 left shoes. Of course I didn't realize I needed to micromanage the employees to ensure they gave me the correct one, so I took it home. When my wife opened it up Christmas morning, she was quite disappointed since she has both a left and right foot. After my embarrassment, I wondered to myself: "if they only take the right shoe out of the box to prevent theft, how can I end up with two left shoes"? Had to drive all the way back after Xmas to exchange them 😔. Make sure you check the box to ensure you have the correct shoes!
